Terms & Conditions

May 2026

By booking and participating in yoga classes, workshops, courses and related services offered by Clared Yoga, you confirm to have read, understood and accept the Terms & Conditions set out below.

Class Booking and Participation

Bookings are confirmed only on written confirmation and payment in full; class passes are personal and non-transferable. Cancellations 24+ hours before class are credited/rescheduled; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Clients are asked to arrive on time, in suitable clothing, and ready to practise; switch mobile devices to silent during class; treat the instructor, other participants and the venue with respect; inform the instructor of any injury, condition, pregnancy or limitation before each class.

Health Declaration

You confirm you are fit to practise and must disclose any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, medication or limitation before each class. Consult your GP if in doubt. Your teacher at Clared Yoga is a yoga instructor, not a medical professional, and their guidance is not medical advice. Before your class, and again whenever your health status changes, you agree to inform us and/or your instructor of any circumstance (e.g. injury, condition, disability, medication, surgery) that could make physical practice unsafe.

Data Protection

Clared Yoga is the data controller under UK GDPR. Contact and booking data are processed to deliver the service; health data is processed only with your explicit consent to keep you safe in class. Marketing is sent only on active opt-in or PECR soft opt-in, with an easy unsubscribe in every message.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Yoga carries inherent risks, which you accept by participating in the classes offered by Clared Yoga. You are responsible for working within your limits and may decline hands-on adjustments. You understand that participation in our services involves physical movement and exercise, which may carry risks of injury. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, falls, dizziness, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other physical injuries. You voluntarily choose to participate in our services and fully assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown. In consideration of being permitted to participate in our Services, you release, waive, and discharge us, the studio, our contractors and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from your participation, except where prohibited by law.
